Countries With The Largest Outstanding Mortgage Debt in Africa as of 2022

Not only that, the country also has the highest outstanding mortgage debt valued at $68.56 billion from several 1.6 million outstanding mortgages in Africa. 

Among countries with the biggest mortgage outstanding loans in 2022 are Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria and Kenya with a value of $3.5 billion, $3 billion and $2.2 billion and $2.1 billion respectively.
