Among the ten cities, South Africa boasts half of the cities for top investments in real estate. Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Durban and Johannesburg to the cities with the highest rent yield of 17.1%, 13.2%, 11.5% and 11.1% respectively.
Douala city in Cameroon also ranks in the top five cities with a high rental yield of 10%, Addis Ababa city in Ethiopia and Nairobi city in Kenya have 8.8% and 8.1% respectively. l
